Through the contact form on our website, we only process the data you voluntarily provide: full name, email address, phone number, and the information contained in your message.

We do not collect or request any special categories of personal data.

The data collected is processed to respond to your inquiries and requests, to provide information about our services, to manage proposal and consultancy processes, and to communicate with you.

Your data is not used for any purpose other than those stated above.

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK, based on the explicit consent you provide by submitting the contact form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to your request.

Processing your data is necessary to properly fulfill the request you submit to us.

Messages submitted through the form are transmitted via our email delivery provider, Resend, solely for the purpose of delivering them to us by email.

Until it is transferred to our own servers, your form message is stored temporarily for up to 30 days on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure (abroad, Western Europe location); your separate explicit consent to this transfer is obtained in the form (KVKK Article 9). If you prefer not to consent, you can e-mail info@tsddanismanlik.com directly.

Apart from this, your personal data is not shared with third parties, sold, or transferred for marketing purposes. Transfers to authorized public authorities may only occur where required by law.

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was processed and for the statutory retention periods required by applicable legislation.

Once the purpose ceases to exist and the legal retention periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction of unlawfully processed data, and to object to the results of processing.
